3

Behavior

In general, any behavior that would create a problem in public creates a problem here. We want to provide a safe atmosphere for all our members and guests. No means NO. Do not ask again..

4

About your pets

Pets must be kept on a leash at all times and are not allowed in common areas. Owners are expected to police their pets and keep them from creating a disturbance. No pets permitted in tents or rental units with the exception of hut #1. Overnight guests in hut #1 must pay the $10 Pet fee. Day visitors are not permitted to bring pets into park unless they will not be entering the common area during their stay. Vaccine records are required.

Resort Etiquette

Please think about your neighbor!

1

Hygiene

Always carry and sit on your own towel.
No glass containers in pool areas.

2

Floating the creek

Black Creek is a public waterway. Boats can and do travel through. If a complaint were made, under SC law you could be prosecuted. Always carry an adequate cover-up when at the creek, including deck area.

3

Cell Phones

No photography is allowed in the common area without management and every person that may be in the frame of the photograph approval. We have people with very sensitive jobs and we always want them and everyone to feel comfortable being nude or enjoying an adult beverage without fear of their photo ending up on social media. Many clubs ban cell phones from the common area but if we can remain vigilante and remind anyone that photos are not allowed, hopefullt we can avoid that as many of our members need their phone with them at the pool for work or family emergencies.

4

Quiet Time

From midnight-8am all noise and music should be kept to a minimum out of respect for those who retire early. This applies to both common areas and RV sites.
